Meet Our Team

Our company is owned, operated and staffed by a Team of Professionals who in addition, proudly classify themselves as seasoned Enthusiasts. Over the years some of our team members have been accused of acting like old car mother hens? Such an accusation is appreciated here because we all are passionate about what we do. The entire Team has long been associated with various facets of the Collector Car Hobby. A cumulative total of over 125 years of experience in the collector car hobby is represented by this 5 man team at your service here.

Our team of automotive professionals can make you dream of restoring your classic a reality.
We enjoy knowing that we are, "doing our part to restore America's automotive history."
Let us briefly introduce ourselves.

Steve Dowell: Owner, Expert Restoration Specialist and Enthusiast
Steve Dowell Steve is an accomplished ASE and GM Certified Automotive Technician who is also certified to repair air conditioning systems. He has spent 18 years working in Detroit based automotive manufacturer's dealerships as well as in various private repair facilities. Being an automotive electrical specialist as well as an expert in most automotive systems, Steve is indispensable to our restoration mission. Steve has heavy interest in all brands of American muscle and in the improvement of mid 50's Chevrolets through upgrades to vehicle operating systems. He currently owns a 55 Chevy Bel Air 2dr. hardtop, one of 36 cars he has owned and improved since starting at the age of 16. The 55 Bel Air will be involved in a serious resto-mod project designed by Steve that also will be a semi-company effort. Watch our web site as we feature this resto-mod project.
Darrell Dubovsky: Owner, Expert Restoration Specialist and Enthusiast
Darrell Dubovsky Darrell is a graduate Engineer who spent 38 years working as an Automotive Engineer at General Motors Corporation before changing careers to pursue this primary interest. He does admit however that retirement from GM had some influence on his recent career path. Much of Darrell's previous service was at The General Motors Proving Grounds in Milford, Michigan and at The General Motors Desert Proving Grounds in Mesa, Arizona. Long a collector of 50's & 60's un-restored, original Detroit iron, Darrell's current collection includes 12 collector cars composed roughly of 1/2 GM and 1/2 MOPAR. Two cars in his collection, 1960 Dodge Polara convertible and 1963 Chevy Impala, represent matches to the 1st and 2nd cars of his youth. Many other cars have come and gone over the years in the effort to assemble a perfect list of cars. The current collection is nearly 1/2 composed of various models of 1960 Dodge. One example, a 1960 Dodge Matador 2dr. hardtop is currently a $35,000 pile of parts. The completion of this car will be featured in our web site as a semi-company project.

Over the past 20 years Dean has been involved in the collector car hobby by way of his own automotive ownership and by association with his father who has a significant collection of 50's 60's and 70's cars.
